Just a quick question for those who have experienced dealing with the above!
They have threatened to come knocking again - has anyone ever had a visit or is it just an empty threat?

A quick trawl around the web has come up with ..
They are a subsiduary of or part of the Barclays organisation .. barclays Bank / barclaycard etc
Also do debts for Littlewoods ..
Seem to have a reputation on the web for 'bully' tactics.

Dear cb246,
They are allowed come knocking on door,if they say that again tell them yo will call police.Also write a letter informing them that they are trying harass you and ask them to stop or other wise you will complain to police and relevant authorites.
That should stop them.
