I was just wondering whether bankruptcy can be refused ?
Thtas probably a really silly question.. sorry got my hearing on the 24th and want to be fully prepared etc

Hey Tanya, as far as I know, the only reasons that the judge would not grant bankruptcy is if you are not insolvent or you haven't considered any other options. You'll be fine. Wait for an expert to clarify that. Viki X
