Does anyine know when to return the keys to your house, before/during/after bankruptcy?

I assume in any event the shortfall of the mortgage is included in BR providing that you make it know to the OR.

The shortfall will be included in your bankruptcy and you will have to let the OR know.

Don't know about the keys though. I would have thought beforehand as the mortgage holders will want to get the house on the market.

One of the other experts will probably know for definite.
