I know some Jobs are not good to go Bankrupt in..... Does anyone including the experts no Nurses that have gone Bankrupt and if so , was this ok??

I have acted as Trustee in bankruptcy for a number of nurses in my time, and their jobs have not been affected.

I think you will need to check the terms of your contract.
I was worried about the same thing with my Job in Local Government but nothing in the contract!

Thanks for the answers ! Zoe did you tell your employers that you went bankrupt then?? I don't think there is anything in my Contract .... I have had a quick look.

I'm not a nurse but I work in the NHS, I'm sure that will be ok when I petition for bankruptcy! I've no other choice so if it comes to it, I'll have get a cleaning job or something similar where it does not matter if I am a bankrupt!!!

I agree with the above comments, I dont recall nurses having a problem with their jobs whilst going bankrupt.

Although some of the main jobs affected by bankruptcy are armed forces, financial industry etc any job could be affected by bankruptcy if it is in the individual's contract.
