Hello,

Does anyone know what the position is regarding BR and a company car?

I hope it doesnt tell me I give it back?

Would my employer take this off me?, and what happens if I have other benefits form my employer?

Are they all void in terms of my NT tax code?

If it is a company car, then the OR has no call over it and you can keep it. Your employer will not take it from you - remember bankruptcy only affects assets that you own.

A company car is not owned by you so the OR has no juridiction here. The only person that can terminate this agreement is your employer.

Further to the comments above, I read on the internet last night that unless your employer does a credit check on you they may never realise that you are bankrupt? Another site says that they are immediately informed? Can anyone shed any light?

Thank you

Hi, perhaps they will know because your tax code will change to NT Coding Notice?

Is there any other reasons why you would get a NT Coding Notice?
