i was mada banrupt as from aug2006 and want it annulled and want to do an iva out of banrupcy can you help.

Why do you feel the BR should be annulled? Have you not already been discharged if you were made BR in August 2006?

Good point Skippy - and you cannot do an IVA if you have received your discharge. You can, however, apply to have the bankruptcy annulled if you wish to have it permanently removed from record - but is there much point if you are already discharged?
