You may remember a while ago I was panicking because I forgot to declare my £12 of premium bonds on my BR form and was convinced I was going to get a BRU. On Melanie's advice I wrote to the OR and I got a letter back from them today (I panic when I get anything with a Croydon post mark!). I thought at first it was about my IPOQ and thought they really must have it in for me to have turned it around that quickly, but it was actually about the premium bonds. If Dave sends a letter and a cheque for £12 I can keep them! I'm really pleased as the lady who bought them for me died a couple of years ago and I would have hated to have lost them.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I know it's only £12 but they have sentimental value and it was nice for something to go right for once!
