Hi Julie,

I would be very surprised if you could, given that it is put there for the reason of basically punishment.

Other advisors who know a lot more than I may be able to help you.

good luck

As far as I am aware you cannot get a BRU or BRO removed. Can I ask why you want to get it removed now as you must have agreed to it at the time?

Didn't realise what it was at time my head was so messed up from the fact I had to go bankrupt thanks to my ex boyfriend, so I just agreed with whatever they were telling me.

I want to get it removed due to wanting to start up an ebay business and don't want to have to put it into my current boyfriends name as I am scared of being burnt again.

This will be nigh impossible, unless you can prove it was made in error - which given that it is an Undertaking rather than an Order will be difficult to prove as it awas made with your consent.

You will have to discuss this with your Trustee to see if they will allow you to trade whilst subject to the restrictions.
