I was made bankrupt for a tax assesment that was wrong, i was in 6.5k credit. in 2003

IP has dragged their heals and the IR havent helped either

is there anyway to overturn a bankrupcy rather than annulment.

is i did not owe the debt i was made bankrupt for.

and being on family tax credit you cant get legal aid.

so im going to lose my house for a debt i didnt even own.

what do i do ???????

The only way of of the bankruptcy is to have it annulled or closed by the IP following the realisations of assets. You can annul on two bases - payment of the debts in full or order was made on grounds of mistake. If you proceed on the basis of the latter, then you will need to show the Court a good case for your application, and if your bankruptcy was effected some time ago your credibility in this issue will be questioned.

How much is the Trustee looking for to settle?

closed sounds interesting , their have been traumatic mitigating circumstances to justify time period, but time mainly due to IR and trustee
