You will need to take three copies of the forms to Court with your payment (in cash) of £485.

Do you mean that one of your creditors has petitioned for your bankruptcy?

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

My mistake - I did not pick up on the fact that this was not your own petition. If you do not intend to oppose the bankrutpcy petition then there is no need to attend Court.

You do not have to attend Court, and the Official Reciever will write to you and provide you with copies of forms to fill in with regard to your current circumstances. You are likely to get a call from the OR on the day of the hearing or if not very shortly afterwards.

I suggest that you give your IP your telephone number (they should have this in any case) as the OR will call them to ask for this information.
