Hi,

Just had another letter, threatening the enforcement of Judgement.

If BR is applied for prior to enforcement, will the BR take precedent.

They have given us 7 days.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bankruptcy will take precedent over an enforcement of Judgement, providing the Order prior dates the application.
