[:(]
Hi, I took an IVA in January this year and the company I took out the IVA with was more than happy yo help......
Now, after nealy 10 months I have tried to contact my IVA company by email, fax, phone becasue I have concerns about my IVA and how my circumstances have changed.
I'm getting worried because my year review is coming up.
Can I change IVA companies to one that is more helpful? is there anything I can do?
Regards
Dan

Hi Dan and a warm welcome to the forum
I am afraid that it is nigh impossible to change your IP once the IVA has been accepted, and I am sorry that you appear to be receiving a poor service.
If you can let us know which firm you are using and the identity of your IP, I will find an e-mail address for you to send to them directly. If you use a read receipt, you can tell when the mail has been read, and if they continue you ignore your requests for assistance you will have grounds for a complaint.

Thanks Melanie,
Is there any chance I can cancel my IVA and go back to paying my creditors as before?
Regards
Dan

Hi Dan
You can stop paying into your IVA at anytime but there is a chance that your creditors will have asked for the IP to hold funds to petition for your bankruptcy.
Try to come to an agreement with your IP as to the way forward as any money that you have paid in will go on IP fees and your debts will be as before.
Please post more details of debts and payments plus the change in your circumstances.
