Mike has provided the correct link, try and remember with expenditure it is the best to realistic so if you have children dont forget school meals etc or the like. All the best with filling in the forms.

Hi Anna you can have a look at skippys blog she lists her income and expenditure, obviously yours should be correct for you though but it gives you a rough idea, also gives a list of the ipa payments.
