I work with the public and met someone today who I had not seen for about 6 months. We chated for a while and as he went to leave he told me how much younger I looked then when he had last seen me. [:)] So not only is it good to be debt free it can make you look younger as well. (As you can tell thats made my day).

There is a serious message in here - in that debt weighs you down, causes stress, marital difficulties, family issues, sleepless nights, affects your employment, home life and relationships.

Almost every aspect of your working day can be affected by the worry of your finances, calls from creditors and worrying about how the houseshold bills can be paid.

For anyone out there who is suffering these issues, and wondering what to do or where to turn, please get some advice as to your financial situation and options. It does not cost anything, and can really help to set you on the road to financial and personal recovery.

Thanks for sharing whichwaynow,

It is amazing to think that when we have problems that we are "hiding" in our life ones that we are stressing over, worrying about and losing sleep over, people still see the affects of it no matter how good we think we are at hiding it.

This proves that it is still better to share problems with close family or friends than keeping it bottled up inside.

Best Regards,

That is totally true Melanie. My weight has fluctuated dramatically, my sleep has been almost non-existent. My work has suffered (so much so I got a warning from my boss), I have snapped people's heads off for no reason whatsoever, and I am about 30% gray at 29 years of age!!

But, fingers crossed, I have got myself sorted and am definitely sleeping easier, my work is improved and I generally feel better within myself. :-)

That's so great to hear when there is such negativity about IVAs floating around at the moment.
