Hello all
Does anyone know if it is possible and/or how easy it is t change mortgage provider whilst involved in an IVA?.
Is there some mortgage landers that are more likely to do this than others?. Does anyone know the best route of approaching this?.
Is it as simple as walking into a high street agents?
thanks

Hi Nathan,
You could approach a high street mortgage broker or you might feel more comfortable taking advice from a mortgage broker who specialises in cases connected to debt and debt solutions.
There are lenders who are prepared to lend to persons in IVA's but they are not typically the high street banks.
You will need the permission of your IP.
