Have spoke to our ip today at Clearstart . The proposal is under way . The total debt is £56,000 with a repayment of £320 PER MTH . What does that make it to the pound in repaying the debt .?

That will depend upon the level of fees the IP is proposing to charge, but I would imagine a dividend of 25p in the £ is likely.

I do a lot of IVA's for housewives supported financially by their husbands, so I am sure yours will be OK.

Hi Rachel,
I just wanted to add that an IVA is still possible eventhough you are currently not working this is due to you looking after your children which is a legitament reason. The creditors may ask that once the children are in school you look for a part-time job.
