Hi Tony
There appears to be a few of these companies about.These are Manchester based and I think they can help you if you have been made bankrupt BUT have sufficient equity in your property to pay all your unsecured debts off.It must be targeted at people who have basically had their head buried in the sand.

Essentially, yes. Its the classic annulment scenario using a bridge and immediate remortgage so the latter (especially in the current climate) requires a good LTV
