Anyone any info - just had a letter in from a west george street, glasgow, telling me my IP "in my opinion that **** intentions are to ensure the continued administation of your trust deed for the full three years, and beyond, at all costs to protect his fee income".. (this falls on stoney ground as within a short time of getting my Trust Deed protected my IP was trying to get my deed ended by early release of equity.. I am entirely happy with my IP.
Does anyone know of this chap

Make sure that your IP is alerted to this. We are seeing a lot of this sort of correspondence down South, and it is irritating to say the least!

I'm not at home right now, but will be scanning the letter and sending to my trusted and well respected IP - who's company has been in business for over 100 years on my return and will be offer to support in any legalities..
