i pay a debt to eversheds from the csa and need to lower my monthly payments as my circumstances have changed

Hi Rose
I think that you need to contact Eversheds direct and fill out a fresh income an expenditure form and then negotiate a new payment with them

Welcome to the Forum Rose,

Could you provide a little more information about your situation, are you in an IVA? are eversheds looking after your IVA for you? If not then you will have to call them and notify them why you need to reduce your monthly payments, and if this is possible.
