Hi back again for some advice . Our iva is being dealt with by Clearstart and our proposal is being sent out tommorow .Our total debt is £56000 with a proposal of £477 a month. Is that a good standing for an iva considering the level of debt.

Hi Rachell
I think so, only my opinion but similar to ours, which was £52000 and payments of £442, ours was accepted.
Hope all goes well

You are offering 35p to the pound assuming CS' take 8k of fees incl of vat. As it is your best offer it should be fine.
