Hi
It seems as though the HBOS keep insisting for higher monthly payment when it comes to the creditors meeting. Does anyone know what there critiria is because HBOS is my biggest creditor

HBOS rely upon CCCS guidelined expenditure when it comes to what they deem allowable. So if your IP has not taken this into account in preseting your income and expenditure statement, this could cause a request for increased payments.

My largest creditor is also with HBOS. I shall have to look at this then, and discuss with my IP as my expenses although "reasonable" to me might not be "reasonable" to HBOS if they are sticking to CCCS guidelines.
