Hi monkey
It is near impossible to change your Ip once in an iva, not at all like mortgage companies. If you have problems you need to speak to your comapny and try to see what they suggest and you can do tyo improve things.
Why do you think you are paying too much?

My living expentitures are not unreasonble but they are more than i have from avalible funds left after my iva has been extracted and the iva was increased by 199 pounds but this will cause a lack of avalible cash to live a decent way of life!

Was that an increase of £199 per month? That would scupper most peoples budget. Was it explained to you why your payment went up so much?

As Aguise has already mentioned it is almost impossible to change I.P firms whilst in an IVA. You cannot change companies just because you think you are paying too much, usually changing I.P is due to your particular I.P leaving etc.

Hi
Have you allowed for expenditure to get to work etc ? Have you filled in a new income and expenditure form recently ?
How much in total are you paying now compared to your actual disposible income ?

I have asked them if i can fill in a new expenditure but they are so very slow it is frustrating! I didn't include travel to work expentiture!

Could you call and ask to speak directly with the I.P?

Hi Im with ACCUMA too . Have you managed to speak to ur ip directly. I had a few problems with admin staff as you dont get to speak to the same person everytime you call. I now have my ips email address and direct line and find him very helpful and he always answers my email in a timely manner.

Looks like the IVA requires to be varied and I would suggest redoing your budget to clearly state all your expenses so one can arrive at a sensible IVA payment!
