My parents have asked me to have power of attorney for their financial afairs. They don't know about my IVA and I would rather not worry with them with it as they are very elderly. Am I allowed to take on this task while in an IVA?

Hey Kah, I would have thought so as it is your parents money that you are dealing with but please wait for a technical expert to advise you. X

There is no problem with you acting as power of attorney to your parents whilst in an IVA - their money is still their money even though you are handling their financial affairs.
