I've just heard that my IVA has been accepted, which am delighted about, however the IP is ringing me back tomorrow as there are a few modifications the creditors have asked for - she said it wouldnt affect me personally but its about how the IP run my account?? What sorts of things could this be?

Hi bev
Probably to do with variation notice periods, treatement of unclaimed dividends, fees (probably limiting them) etc.
Not to worry. If there were any nasty ones which would have affected you personally, your IP would have spoken to you straight away. Let us know what they are tomorrow for everyone's benefit.

Congratulations bev.n glad to hear it was approved. Don't worry about the minor modifications you have it approved. How relieved you must be!
Good luck for the duration.

Great news Bev, I've just got my IVA through as well, thanks to Melanie. These mods generally aren't bad - it's normally bits and pieces for the IP: limit of charges etc... Only 60 mths to go now!
