Got my date back from CCCS for creditors meeting today (14th May). I'm getting nervous now, no idea if they'll accept just gotta hope they see the alternative is bad for both sides. Hopefully some light at the end of tunnel in 3 weeks time.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Good luck for the 14th - I'm sure you will be fine as CCCS would not be putting your forward for an IVA unless they were certain of it being accepted.

4 days to go now ..... nerves are really kicking in.
Had some feedback from IP, 4 creditors have already approved with some changes (fees, etc..) but haven't heard from the top 2 creditors yet (Halifax, Natwest).
Fingers crossed for Monday [?]

Nor long to go - I'm surprised that you've been told some the votes though as the creditors can change their minds before the date of the meeting.

Fingers crossed here too. I know some IPs don't divulge what votes are in as the creditor will have a right to change their vote before the meeting. Yours obviously is ok with this, so hopefully the votes will remain a positive one.

IP contacted me for agreement on changes and stated that the creditor is willing to approve if changes are agreed.
You're right though, they could change their minds before Monday.
However, if Halifax or Natwest decline then I won't get the 75% anyway as they are both over 25% each.
