Hi all, I'm new to this forum (although I'd read some really useful advise from people on it). Having returned my iva proposal I have found out that my creditors meeting is on 31st Aug. I owe close to £60,000 between about 10 creditors and First Direct is my bank account, although because I owe them money I have changed to Alliance and Leicester (I have a Premier account with no o/d), I also applied for a Nat West Step account at the same time but A&L came through first. The good thing was I had been making the monthly payments on my debts before (only paying with more credit though), so I could have gone with a few choices. I have been told that I stand a pretty good chance of having my IVA accepted even though MBNA are one of the creditors.
all the creditors that voted voted YES!!!!

Hi all, thanks everyone for your kind words, in response to Andydavie's question I owe about £17,000 to MBNA so about 28%.
