i would like to say a big thank you to everyone who posts on this site. I found the information extremly useful and my husbands and my iva was accepted on the 29th August ! thankfully !. The past few weeks have felt like the longest and darkest moments but we are now feeling optomistic and looking forward to a clean start.
Once again many thanks for all the support you offer, logging into this website and reading the messages and responses has been like a lifeline [:)]

hi bart.d, perhaps you could post a review of the iva firm that handled your case on iva.com?

Over the last year there has been some bad press about IVA firms. This may have been funded by creditors who were concerned about the profits that the big IVA firms were making. There have been several news articles about creditors having to write off large debts due to increases in IVA volume.
