We are proposing a joint iva with spouse. My creditors are:
mbna 2500
barclaycard 4000
barclaycard 3300
baclays 1900
barclays loan 10000
cahoot 900
cahoot 500
cahoot 4600
egg 5500
hbos 6050
hfo 2000
hsbc 700
hsbc 800
lloyds 800
rbs mint 6100

total 51,600 offering 235 for 60 mnths + 4th year equity release of 11,000 if not add 6th year.

My partner:
barclaycard 7300
barclays 6100
barclays 1700
hbos 1500
lombard 5500

Total 22100 offering 195 for 60 months + 4th year equity release of 11,000 if possible if not add 6th year.

Any advice and words of encouragement welcome. What are our chances? 36 hours to go.

All the best to you for wednesday. Fingers crossed and all that for you. Let us know how you get on. I,m like you in an iva so wait for other answers but I think most of your creditors are accepting of iva's, and if you have a good proposal and it offers them the best return then no reason for them to turn it down. Good luck you have done your best and faced the debt and deserve a good outcome.

Good luck - this time last week I was experiencing nerves like you! Now I am one week into an IVA! Keep positive (however don't count your chickens - you have to consider some modifications particularly as Barclays are your biggest creditor - they didn't vote at our meeting!)
