Can anyone tell me how long after completion I should be getting statements from Santander. I completed last April received C/C 16 days later am off the Insolvency register but yesterday received an annual statement from Santander. I completed after 5 years with no equity release available.
Oh and by the way I still follow this forum avidly and will give a post shortly as to what's happened to me in the year post IVA.

Hi Stirling - On the assumption the statements relate to unsecured debt dealt with in your IVA then I recommend you contact Santander and ensure they update their records to show IVA complete. You will probably have to send them evidence (completion statement etc). I would check with your (ex) Supervisor that the completion notice was sent by them to Santander. I suspect it's just a case of Santander not updating their records. Good luck.

I have just had a statement from insolvency exchange in regard to a debt which was with Black Horse and covered and completed in our IVA. I have just sent them a letter explaining this and asking why I have received t his hopefully will hear from them shortly.
