At my creditors meeting yesterday which was adjoured (due to normal modifiactions wanted by everybody) the voting was

YES
Royal Bank of Scotland / Natwest approcx £20000
Egg Loan Approx £6000
Capital One £1000
HFC Marbles £11000
Max recovery for MBNA £12000, Liverpool Victoria £10000, Ge capital Consumer £1400
Cahoot £7000
Lloyds TSB £12000
Barclaycards £18000
Barclayloan £8000

NO
Northern Rock £8000(No Surprise!)

Not Voted
American Express £7000
Yorkshire Bank Visa £13000
Next, Littlewoods, and a few other small creitors

In total £190000 debt jointly Offering 32p in the £ return at £1216.00 a month Natwest tried to up it by £56.00 but settled for £40.00

I must say i am shocked with the amount of YES votes and only one NO from Northern Roack ( I hope they do go bust)

The phone call my IVA has been accepted YES!!!!!!

Fantastic, onward and upward now. I only hope to be posting good news shortly! Meeting with Mortgage broker tomorrow night, successfully get offer through we can submit our proposal. Well done you and fingers crossed for me x

I don't mind answering. Yes one hell of a large debt totally shocked us once it was added up. No no equity release in the 4th Year Just payments each month around 1260.00 raising slightly in a year and a half when the Hp on the car finishes. Thank you all again for your support
