My creditors meeting was 12.30pm. My husbands meeting was 12.45pm
Clearstart telephoned at 12.48pm to say that both IVA's have been approved.
The proposal was for £500 per month between the 2 IVAs which after the IP fees gave the creditors 23p in the £.

Both IVA's been approved with only a few slight standard modifications, the main ones being an increase in payment of £60.00 per month (which I was expecting and are ok with) and the IP fees have been capped. So the total IP fees for the 2 ivas are now £9442 including vat.
This now gave the creditors 40p in the £ on my husbands and 30p in the £ on mine.

VERY VERY VERY PLEASED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the results as far as I am aware, but my mind was a blank, all I remember hearing is approved !!

I don't see how Clearstart can end up with fees of even £9,442 based upon creditors current expectations. You have a heavy Grant Thornton and TIX vote, both of whom insist upon supervisory fees of 15% of realisations. If fees at such high a level have been accepted, I am quite obviously doing something wrong!!! I suspect that two separate nominee fees have been charged here - am I right?
