Looking to go down the iva route in the next few weeks, I have a salary sacrifice for a loan taken out through my work.... obviously it comes straight off my salary, I would like to finish paying it as it's through my work but as it comes straight off my salary I don't see any way of stopping it anyway....any ideas,?

I would hope that the IP will allow the sacrifice amount in your expenses with the proviso that the IVA payment increases by this amount as soon as the loan is repaid --- but then the creditors wil have to agree to this as well. I have seen instances where a sacrifice for a car has been approved.

It is one of the things you need to discuss with your prospective IP at the outset. Maybe chat to a few companies to compare advice.
