Mind you, i'm not sure if it was the size of the bonfire or us naked that caused the diversion.

Hi caraf

I likened my wait for the creditors meeting to that of awaiting my professional exam results. There was nothing more I could do to affect either outcome so I tried to be patient and wait it out. Admittedly I was unable to sleep too well the night before and I'd bitten all my nails down by the time of the meeting, but up until then I tried to put it on the back-burner.

It really is pointless trying to second guess the creditors. Some on here have had binding (joint) IVAs where the creditor has said yes to one and no to the other.

I know its easier said than done because I've been there but hang in there. Make yourself a promise that no matter what, you'll forget all about it over Xmas, then pick up the worry beads again after Boxing Day.

We are all rooting for you.

Don't forget you can insist on an adjournement and look to see if the IVA proposal is going against you!

The meeting is basically everyone coming up with their own ideas on how things should proceed!

Good Luck

Caraf, Sit tight, I'm sure everything will be fine. Concentrate on your daughters over xmas, and try to put it to the back of your mind. Just look forward to a debt free future x
