Karen , that seems really low
Is that after your houskeeping or including food etc , thats less than a £1 a day ! , if its bad now how are you going to manage for 5 years?

Hi Karen

Can you point to a reason why this has happened. Do you think you underestimated your spending needs and agreed to a unsustainable budget.

Best Regards

Hi Karen

It looks like something bad has happened here!

I would suggest producing another budget quickly looking at your personal needs and then going back to your IP with a new proposal and hence seeking a variation order so as to reduce your monthly contribution.

Give us some idea of the your revised proposal so we can all help.

It also appears that the role of some IP's are to get as much money for creditors rather than looking at what is a fair amount to be paid!

Hi Karen

Which company is your IVA through?

Do you have a contingency fund each month?

Hi

This happened as my original amount went from £349 to £379 to £449 as if I did not accept it the IVA would not of been approved by my creditors apperently, the company i am with is Clear Start I asked for help told them I was struggling and they were not bothered they infact sent me a letter stating that they would inform my administrator I was going bankrupt!!!

Hi
When I called them to explain I was struggling they sent me a new form to fill in which I did and sent back I then got a phone call from them stating it was no different from what I listed in the first place and it was not acceptable to change as I am on a 2 yr plan not to change anythink with my IVA otherwise the creditors would not accept along with the monthly payment of £449

Hi it is very sad and getting me down extremely I am constantly scraping by each month after just being paid its ridiculous I can not believe that the company I am with are not really being very helpful with the situation at all.

The only thing I acceptable was the increase in montly payment otherwise it would not of been accepted by my creditors which is quite sad and i felt a bit backed up into a corner with it.

Hi my income is £1036.00 per month I then pay out £449 for IVA £400 for rent & food per month, £27 AOL, £10.75 Dentist, £63 Train Pass £10 Union Fees, £25 mobile phone,£12 Medicash £5 Charities direct from wages. The income varies depending on whether I meet my target at work or not. So I think its around about £39 per month I am left with. I am going to even hae to quit smoking as i can not afford the cigs and that is going to be even more stressful.
