melenie can you help me i went into the iva owing debts of over 25k i only have to pay back 16k of it in the iva plus 50% overtime money for the creditors my uncle is dieing and only as 6 months to live and he told me hes leaving me 60k in is will i am starting my second year in the iva how much of this 60k have i got to give to the creditors and what if i dont say anything to my ip about it what would happen

i have already answered in another post, but you could always try and offer a full and final settlement, but really and morally you should pay the original debt back plus the statutory interest of 8% plus IP fees.
