I took out an IVA back in September 2008 with Cleardebt the total to pay back is 10791 my mum has offered to settle my IVA and has made an offer of 9000 do you think this will be accepted as i have only been in my IVA for about 6 months

Hi,
I think that the offer of £9000 is a good one as you have already made 6 months of payments.
David Mond and Size5 of Cleardebt both post on here, hopefully one of them will be along to tell you whether they agree with me.
