Basically, my IP have been delaying our F&F for 3 weeks now with one thing and another and it is getting closer and closer to my due date (baby due to be born early July).

Do you think if they actually send the proposal to me for this Monday coming that it will have time to go through before the baby is born?

All this worrying and waiting around is causing me alot of stress which is obviously not good at the moment [:(]

Sorry forgot to add that our IP having been delaying things for 3 weeks since we sent off all of our details, so the creditors have not even received their 28 days notice yet.

Chase your IP up scrubage. Is there any reason why they are delaying it?

I would think anyway that it would all be sorted by July.

Thanks Kallis, apparently the lady dealing with it has been ill and then her manager was away so there was nobody to sign it off. It is being submitted tomorrow with a start date for the 28 days being Tuesday x
