hi all,
just been reading about people settling iva early.i owe about £36000 i could raise about £25000 would this be enough to settle after 7 months? i'm confused....

That sounds a good offer, but it is difficult to really advise without seeing the full facts of your case. Are you already in an IVA?

hi all, i'm already in an IVA. struggling like lots of people. I contacted this company that sent me a letter through the postand they said they could help so I phoned for advice but he said I couldn't do it. then when I came on here lots of people have done similar things.

The best thing to do is talk to your own IP about this offer. They are the experts when it comes to your own case after all.
