Hi i have just finished my variation meeting for full and final settlement of my IVA. My father has offered my £7500, my IVA is until next August (2012) with an 6 months in lieu of equity. I pay £618 pm. so in theory,£11124 remaining. I am due to pay 54.09p in the pound. Does anyone know if this will be successful?

Have you actually had your meeting yet or have you just submitted the offer?

i have submitted it via GT tonight and they advised that they will arrange a creditors meeting when a decision will be made.

Hopefully, 'hopefully', you will be ok - the GT rep might pick up on this and comment.
