Hi, I just wanted to update everyone on my IVA situation, I first posted the details of my situation in this thread:-

My Full and Final offer was accepted today after offering them £10500. According to the report sent to creditors, this would only give them a total dividend of 24p in the £1 (they originally asked for a minimum of 25p). This was also with a 4th year equity release clause. I'm just so relieved it is nearly over and hope this gives some confiedence for other people.

Many thanks to people on this board who have given me advice and support. Wish I had find you earlier.

Well done to you and your IP.Thanks for posting your original thread as it,s good to look back and see what was advised.
You case does give hope to others and just goes to show that full and finals are favoured.
