The meeting for my full and final is to be held on the 30th Jan.
In the proposal letter to my creditors,it states that I have paid £4600 over 23 months and that an offer of £7200 to end the IVA will be made available from a third party. It also states that where my creditors would have received 24p in the pound they will now get 26p in the pound instead and that they will of course receive this money earlier.
I have also spoken to my IP today (15th Jan) and they have told me that 2 creditors have replied and already accepted, out of 8 creditors .
Could someone please tell me if they think this is good news and the likelyhood of my F and F being accepted on the 30th.

Thanks
David

If the proposal is the best offer you could make, then I am sure that it will be acceptable on the day.

Hi Melanie
The £7200 offered was what would have been left to pay if the IVA had run its' full 5 year course, assuming I didn't have any increases at my annual reviews that is.
I do think it was my best offer, and the limit that my partner would lend to me anyway.I have read on these forums that some people do offer less than what is remaining on their IVA to finish them early.
Thanks
David
