As part of my f&f proposal my IVA provider wants me to provide proof of home and mobile phone payments, car tax and insurance payments.

Is this normal? Will they want proof on all expenditure items?

They need a full picture of all of your financial circumstances -- yes, this is normal They will want proff of the main items of expenditure, but not down to the nitty gritty of groceried and washing up liquid.
