final payment

hi i pay my final payment of my 12 month extention, which means my 72nd payment in all on 12th nov , but ive heard nothing from creditfix so does anyone know what happens next. thanks clive

Get confirmation from them that this is the last payment then stop the DD or SO. They will then conduct a final review to check everything has been paid that should have been and issue the completion certificate. To be fair they are one of the fastest at closing, so are probably already on the case -- but it does no harm to touch base.
