Do you still pay every month while you wait for IP to sort F&F? Do they stop taking the card payment? I would put money to one side if so.

I would put money to one side if so.Depends on if you have agreed a payment break with your IP. If not, it is usual for payments to continue and they will not be deducted from the F&F lump sum. However, in these days when IP's seem to be taking forever to submit an offer, it is increasingly common to put a clause in the offer that any payments made after such and such a date will be deducted from the lump sum.
