Hi guys

Really need some help

I am in debt of around 125k have been missing payments for the last year as using one card to pay another and so on (stupid I know)

My mum has offered me 10k I know this is very low but has this have any chance of acceptance if put to creditors

I don’t have any assets and all the debts are unsecured cards and loans

I should add I don’t work and only have a few pounds disposable income now if any at all

It sounds that bankruptcy may be a better option for you rather than an IVA but get professional advice to check.
