We just been accepted with the F&f settlement.
I've made 2 payments since the agreed amount. There telling me I need to pay the amount agreed and they said if I've over paid they will refund me.
Is this correct ? Will they refund me.

If you did not stipulate that payments made before the lump sum were to be deducted from the amount they are not obliged to refund them. If they say they will you have to trust that they will do as they say.
