Hi all
Just to let you know that I have had confirmation from Payplan that my offer to end my IVA early by offering £7200 for the remaining 36 months has been accepted.
This £7200 was the total amount that would have been paid over the next 36 months had I continued to stay with my IVA,obviously without any increases.
This is great news and I can now look forward to a debt free future.
Our first baby is due in June and everything now looks great.
My partner has given me the money to repay this and in return my wages are now paid into her account and I will get some pocket money to see me through.All in all I feel this is a good deal for me,my partner and my creditors,although they are only receiving 24p in the pound.
Thanks to the forum for "being there" and to anyone going through the IVA process,stick with it,I know it's tough at times but will end in time.
