Hi
Any refunds from bank charges will have to be paid into your IVA.Also all debt, including family should be disclosed in an IVA.

Hi worker

If you have the ability to claim back bank charges, and are successful, then it is likely that the bank (who I assume are also a creditor in your IVA) will merely reduce their claim. If this is not the case, then Andy is correct and the money will be captured for the benefit of creditors generally.

You must not keep the money and use it to pay your parents.
