My wife and I are co-directors of our own ltd company so in effect we are employed.
Our bussiness address is the same as our home address ,the bank we use for our bussiness is the same bank that we use for our private accounts we have credit cards and a bank loan in the name of our company would going down the route of an IVA effect the bussiness accounts.

Hi pb and welcome to the forum

Not unless you have personally guaranteed any of the company's bank lending. Have you? If so, then these debts will have to also be included in your IVAs as contingent creditors.
