Hi s.e
Firstly congratulations !!!
I presume that your living expenses will increase, even though you are not living together,so you will need to inform your IP,they can propose a variation meeting to your creditors requesting a reduction in your IVA payments for a period of time.

Hi se - and can I extend my own congratulations as well. Children are a blessing, and really help you to put things into perspective and prioritise what is really important in life!

What are your intentions for the future? Do you intend to live with your partner or simply pay child maintenance? If the latter, then 15% of your net income will be liable for child maintenance under current CSA rulings. This will affect your IVA payments, so as Andu says discuss the matter with your IP as soon as you can.
